Richard Boyd - Founder & Fractional CFO

Rich graduated from Liberty University with a B.S in Business Management. In 2011 he moved to Colorado and started working for a mid-sized data & technology company that specialized in employee drug screening. Soon after, he contracted to work at IBM managing their information and security audit team. At IBM, Rich led an international team that was responsible for maintaining Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) servers for healthcare providers. In 2014, he started working for Lockheed Martin. While working business development and program management at Lockheed Martin, he gained experience in working with teams to develop business optimization plans that include building a $350M manufacturing facility, relocating a multi-billion-dollar program, developing a multi-billion-dollar government proposal, leading a diverse team of satellite engineers charged with developing improvements to the future GPSIIIF satellites and managing multiple programs valued in the tens of millions of dollars.

Apart from Rich's professional career, the number one thing that defines him and what he is about is his relationship with Jesus Christ. The second would be his relationship with his wife, Ashley and parenting their three children, Levi, Elsey Kate and Dani.

Caleb Brown - Finance Director & Accountant

Caleb graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Finance in 2020. During his time at Liberty University, he was also employed at Old Point National Bank and spent a few years learning the banking industry and banking regulations. In 2020 he moved to Chesapeake, Virginia to work with Dollar Tree doing Accounts Payable and Vendor Maintenance work. He was responsible for paying dozens of vendors and shipments over 4 of Dollar Tree’s 13 distribution centers as well as helping maintain those relationships, including a project that helped save the company around $13 million. Shortly after, in 2022, he started working with Edward Jones learning the industry regulations and standards around personal and retirement investing. At Edward Jones, Caleb maintained almost $40 million for over 250 client relationships alongside a veteran Financial Advisor. In 2023, He moved to Williamsburg, Virginia where he joined the Atlantic Business Advisors team.

Rob Campbell - Consultant and Fractional CFO

Rob is an accomplished and energetic executive leader with a solid history of achievement in business administration and construction management. He is a motivated leader with strong organizational and plan execution abilities. Some of his areas of expertise include problem-solving, personnel leadership, and financial management. He has 25 years of leading not-for-profit organizations as well as 20 years in for-profit businesses.

Jordan Barnette - Consultant & Fractional CFO

Jordan Barnette is the Executive Director of Finance and Human Resources at Coastal Church and has worked with the organization since 2014. Jordan received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Christopher Newport University and later his master’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. He has also received certifications in Human Resource Management from George Mason University and is a certified financial coach.

Jordan has vast experience in QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct accounting software. He also has many years of proficiency in payroll management, onboarding and human resource oversite, church financial policy and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, and accounting and financial management. Jordan is also skilled in organizational church multisite structuring and church accounting. Jordan’s other passions include teaching personal finance classes, playing guitar, as well as being a husband and father of two.
